Bellevue United Methodist Church Archives

2.         To serve as a repository for the official records and historical materials that document

            the heritage of the church.

3.         To preserve the historical records of the congregation by preventing damage and loss

            and by providing proper storage.

4.         To call attention to the church’s records and encourage the members to deposit their

records (original or copy) in the Archives.

5.         To enable orderly retention and disposal procedures for the church’s current records.

6.         To serve as a research setting where information can easily be found on the life and  history of the congregation.
