Bellevue UMC, its committees, leaders, and members work together to be good stewards of our administrative costs, our building, and the costs associated with the ministries within it, our purchasing needs, and helps the church office communicate effectively about the church ministries.
If you would like your event or item of notice to be included within any of our publicity processes such as the weekly “News & Notes,” bulletin, website, etc. please email complete information to firstname.lastname@example.org. Ask yourself, have I answered the “who, what, when, & where” of information?
Deadline: In order to be included in the upcoming Sunday bulletin or the newsletter the information is to be in the church office by noon on Monday morning. It should be emailed to email@example.com. It is helpful to plan ahead and send information in much earlier so we can best communicate about your event in advance. Please allow a minimum of two weeks prior to a “go live” date for any website submissions.
Information: Please ensure that you have proofed your submission for correct dates, times, places, audience focus, contact person, and full information that someone would need in order to participate in your event. If you plan on using a space within the building a building use form should have already been submitted. Information received may be edited for space in the various communions.
COLUMBARIUM & MEMORIAL GARDEN
A columbarium is a place set aside for the interment of the ashes of the dead. The placement of a columbarium in a church helps to bring matters of death closer into the life of the Church and provides for a simple, dignified, ecological and economical means in which to honor those who have gone before us. The Columbarium and Memorial Garden at Bellevue United Methodist Church is located in the courtyard facing the Harpeth Parkway West entrance.

PURCHASE ORDER Please fill out completely and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Original receipts must be turned in with the purchase order number noted on them. Make a copy for your personal records as needed.
BUMC Fundraising Policy Please review this policy carefully prior to your application for a request for a fundraising event.
BUMC Fundraising Application request – Please place the completed request in the Finance Committee Mailbox and then alert the Finance committee chair of the request. Note that request must be received within a time frame prior to your event.

WEDDING INFORMATION & GUIDELINES
BUMC Wedding Policy and Guidelines – Members and immediate family of members may reserve & hold their wedding at BUMC after review and agreement with the policies and guidelines. Fill out the request form and call the church office to set a time to deliver them to the office.
